Telling a story through events has been the true inspiration behind our founder and lead events artist, Missi Coon. A visionary and dedicated project planner, she's designed and executed many hundreds of exceptional weddings, corporate and nonprofit experiences for over 20 years.
Missi holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and certifications in project management and event planning. She has held senior global event roles within many dynamic corporations, directed operations at the most luxurious venue in the Midwest, and continues to dedicate her skills and passion to those seeking one-of-a-kind event experiences.
Missi's leadership has driven her women-led event agency to new growth with unique destination-planning services across the globe. Dedicated to creating ways to design intimate and dreamy weddings and events, Missi is driven to inspire others with their destination I DOs.
As our inspired leader, Missi is passionate about giving time and talent to small business entrepreneurs and nonprofits. An active leader within the community, Missi is an avid volunteer with animal rescues, education & fine arts organizations, and served many nonprofit committees.
Inspired by her amazing husband, children, family, and friends, Missi spends her free time with those closest to her, finding the next travel adventure or finding her Zen with peaceful days on the beach, exploring those out-of-the-way wineries, and snuggling with her loyal Basset Hound.

Wedding Coordinator, Sparkle Maker
Sarah's lighthearted personality and constant smile bring the sparkle and shine to every inspired event.
Sarah's tools of the trade include her can-do attitude, welcoming nature, and laser-focus on every detail ensuring a dreamy and flawless event.
Sarah holds a BA in Communications and uses her sparkle-powers to listen and anticipate the needs of her clients and guests. Her attentiveness and creativity bring all the sparkle!
Inspired by her family, fur babies, and love of sparkle & glitter...Sarah loves to travel to warm sandy beaches, going to baseball games, or simply spending time with friends and family around a bonfire.
KRYSTAL HOUSEMAN
Wedding Coordinator, Zen Master
Krystal's way of evoking a sense of calm amidst the hustle & bustle of an event is her superpower. Her passion, always evident, creates experiences and memories that last a lifetime.
With a BA in Theatre Production from the University of Texas, Krystal ensures everything is in the right place at the right time. She has an uncanny ability to anticipate needs with a swift response to each detail that matters most. Our hopeless romantic, Krystal loves a great love story and will sprinkle her magic dust making dreams come true for all of life's special celebrations.
Inspired by her amazing husband, their loving furry babies, and family, you may find her out on a kayak for a re-charge with nature or enjoying wine and music with good friends.
JODI HESSE
Wedding Coordinator, Magic Maker
Jodi has enjoyed many years of event coordinating and planning and sprinkles her magic in creating dreamy wedding days! She looks forward to each event like it’s the first!
Jodi shares her magical powers making everyone feel at ease and her smile and sparkle fills the room! Her positive attitude and calm, low-stress approach help couples feel calm and comfortable so they can enjoy their day and make wonderful memories.
Jodi lives with her family on their farm with their rescue Pit Bulls and cats. She loves to garden, camp, and hike in the North Woods of MN.
